Computer Lab
Tutors
Computer Lab Tutors assist
our adult students learn basic computer and
English literacy skills in our Computer Lab.
Training
All volunteers participate in an extensive
but fun training program that prepares
them to work effectively with our students.
Our ESOL, Basic Literacy, and Computer
Lab trainings involve approximately 20
hours of instruction, including class observations
and student teaching.
We offer three trainings
each year at various sites and schedules.

Responsibilities
Computer Lab Tutors are asked to commit to
being in the Computer Lab 1- 2 hours or more
per week for one semester. Both the Hartford
and Wickham Literacy Centers are equipped
with computer labs.
